In keeping with the demands of today’s buyers we have once again revamped our website, www.johnjacobus.com.  I know, I know we just redid the whole website less than a year ago but hear me out.  Something like 92% of all today’s real estate buyers search for their new home on the internet before they ever speak to an agent or see the first home.  Boy, how times have changed from putting an ad in the Dispatch.  It is our duty to our sellers to stay current on these types of trends to ensure we find buyers for their homes. 

 

In the past year we have done some pretty interesting things to market our seller’s homes to the country!  Our properties are marketed to more than 900 websites utilizing over 30 search engines.  I didn’t even know there were 30 search engines! Our homes are listed on sites such as Craigslist, truilia, zillow and some I bet you have never even heard of like dothomes.com, vast.com & properazzi.com.  Everything we do including blogging is designed to steer buyers to our seller’s homes on our website.  We are getting as many as 250-500 people looking at each our listings every week (we also capture their email address)!  It is an amazing tool, the Internet.

What is my “tip” in all of this you ask…choose a Realtor that is on top of things in a difficult market and does what it takes to get the job done.  Tell your friends and family to call an expert…me!
