Columbus ranks on the most affordable homes list!  Forbes.com ranked the 222 largest metros in the U.S. Here is the list of the top 10 cities where homes are affordable and prices have not declined more than 10% over the last year.  

In fact, based on my own experience, we are back in business!  Homes under $300k are selling well, the under $200k range is strong, and the under $150k homes are like selling like hotcakes!
